On the last 12 seconds in fourth quarter, Carmelo made three point's play after being fouled by Josh Smith of the Atlanta Hawks, he scored 42 points and also made nine three pointers from twelve shots attempt, and helped the New York Knicks to a 106-104 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.

Anthony nailed a franchise record-tying nine triples for New York, which shot 59 percent (16-of-27) from beyond the arc. Anthony's nine treys matched a mark held by John Starks, Latrell Sprewell -- who did it twice -- and Toney Douglas.

"He's playing unbelievably high right now," Knicks center Tyson Chandler said of Anthony. "It seemed every time he put it up it was going in. He kind of put the team on his back."
